Coffee Harvesting and Roasting Program
(November to May)
*It ends till the coffee cherries run out
1. Harvesting
Picking coffee cherries by hand in the field
2. Processing
The seeds are extracted from the fruit and washed, dried, and threshed.
3. Roasting
Using a net pan to roast dried beans above a toaster.
4. Brewing
Grinding the roasted beans and make your own hand-drip coffee.
Available Period:
November to May(end till the coffee cherries run out)
This whole program is about 120 minutes, being guided by farm staff.
2 times per day: 10:00 am / 14:00 pm.

Adult: 8,000 JPY per person
